Поставщик: 1. при отправке Товаров или по окончании какой-либо работы отправляет подробные письменные уведомления (которые следуют вместе с Товарами) и счета-фактуры, в которых НДС приводится как позиция строго без скидки; 2. отправляет к [десятому числу] каждого месяца отчёт о всех счетах-фактурах в течение предыдущего месяца; и 3. помечает номера заказов Компании и любые номера запчастей на всех счетах-фактурах, накладных, отчетах, корреспонденции, пакетах и упаковке. 4. Условия платежа: платеж производится наличными за вычетом [2 ½%] на последнее число месяца по поставкам предыдущего месяца, если нет иной договоренности. 5. Без ущерба любому другому средству Компания может отсрочить платеж без потери скидки за немедленный платеж, если Поставщик не выполняет положений условия 3. (Отвлечение.). — The Supplier shall: 1. on dispatch of the Goods or completion of any work send detailed advice notes (which shall accompany the Goods) and invoices in which V.A.T. will be shown as strictly net item; 2. send by the [tenth day] of each month a statement of all invoices rendered during the previous month; and 3. mark the Company's order numbers and any part numbers on all invoices advice notes statements correspondence packages and packing. 4. Terms of payment are cash less [2 ½%] on the last day in the month for the previous month's deliveries unless otherwise agreed. 5.
